"I worked with Ted to sell my home last year which was a wonderful experience. It was not necessarily that we sold the house for the full price the same afternoon we listed the house but the experience as a whole. We talked to Ted about selling the house and wanted to get some information about how much the home was worth and why. He came back with this report and talked to us about how he came up with the price and why our home fell into the price range he suggested. This took into account such things as other similar homes that sold in the are, homes that did not sell for the listed price and advantages / disadvantages our house had and what we could do to improve the sale price.
Ted did not rush us into listing the house and let us know that when we were ready he would be happy to work with us. When we decided to move forward, Ted had a professional photographer come in to take the pictures and did a walk through so everyone was aligned with the strategy. Well all I can say is it worked. We listed the house about 1 PM and had 11 people the first day who wanted to view the home. That same afternoon we had a full offer which we accepted. Ted did not stop there. He followed the transaction through to the closing keeping us up to date on the process. Since this was new to us, Ted also provided us suggestions concerning leasing a home, phone numbers for movers and let us know of other things we did not think about in the sale of the house. Since we were moving to another state, he also coordinated a realtor for us to work with in another state.
